Refund Policy
Unused credits
You can request a full refund for unused Tteok within 14 days of purchase. Email support@dawonlabs.com with your order number.
Used credits
Tteok already used for a delivered reading are not refundable. If a reading fails to generate because of a technical problem, the Tteok is returned to your balance automatically.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
